In his book TRIBES, Seth Godin says:
In the book Seth asserts that every individual in every organization leads, by choice or by default, in some way. Every individual connects (even those who try to isolate themselves) at some level or across levels. Of course, Godin - like Paul's teaching in 1 Corinthians 12 - advocates for an organization that, though not leaderless, is not hierarchical. Sounds like the Body of Christ to me.
So, is it also true of the human dynamics in the church? Everyone rises to the level at which they become paralyzed with fear? I think this also describes some local churches within the Body of Christ.
